 This one day Polarity workshop is for people who are curious about how they can interact intimately with another person in a more free way. We create a setting where you can feel safe in yourself and and you will be able to sense what is right to do or not to do. In interacting with others, you can not plan upfront in your head. Then things will easily get awkward. So the connection with yourself has to be established first, to be able to respond from your inner self in relation to what is happening with the other. We practice through physical exercises with touch, movement and honest sharing. You will get tools and anchors to bring home and continue to explore!
