𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝘀 Schirin offers two different 3-day workshops on Touch and Awareness. These workshops take place in an intimate setting where you will get lots of individual guidance from her expert hands and knowledge. These workshops complement each other, however you can also join one to have a taste of this work. 𝟯 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗔) 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: Friday & Saturday: 10.00 - 17.00, Sunday: 10.00 – 16.00

 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Amsterdam 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿: Schirin Zorriassateiny 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: Bring lose comfortable clothes, a sheet to lay on and a notebook. We will serve tea and snacks. 
 𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵? In this workshop you can expect to get deeper in touch with your own body and senses. You will develop the quality of your touch and you will strengthen your intuition and empathy. You will practice bodywork on each other every day. By the end of the workshop you will feel more relaxed and able to sense more while touching other people. If you are a professional in this field you will have tools to blend into your work.  𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: Body reading where you see subtle shifts and changes of breath and posture in a person’s body 𝗚𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 "𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀" 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. “𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘢𝘴.
