About the Event
In this 3-day workshop we will dive into three pillars:
You - What patterns come up in your facilitation and how do they affect your work with others? What can a group of peers mirror back to you to encourage your own growth?
The client (individual or group) - How do you deal with client/group dynamics? How do you hold a group or an individual and how can you deepen a group or individual process?
Your work - How authentic and clear is your transmission? What feedback can you receive from a group of peers to improve your guiding and leadership?
This workshop is all about how to be embodied in your facilitation. From how your body but also your voice and movements transmit everything that you want to get across.
We will meet unconscious patterns, emotions and beliefs that are still in between you and your most authentic self…
