This facilitator workshop is for anyone who works with people one-on-one or in groups and wants to deepen their facilitation skills and transmission of their work. 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: Friday & Saturday: 10.00 - 17.00, Sunday: 10.00 – 16.00

 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀: Schirin Zorriassateiny & Themer Abourayan Sign up is open now (see below) In this 3-day workshop we will dive into three pillars: You - What patterns come up in your facilitation and how do they affect your work with others? What can a group of peers mirror back to you to encourage your own growth? The client (individual or group) - How do you deal with client/group dynamics? How do you hold a group or an individual and how can you deepen a group or individual process? Your work - How authentic and clear is your transmission? What feedback can you receive from a group of peers to improve your guiding and leadership? This workshop is all about how to be embodied in your facilitation. From how your body but also your voice and movements transmit everything that you want to get across. We will meet unconscious patterns, emotions and beliefs that are still in between you and your most authentic self that come through in your work. We’ll do this by practicing with delivering and communication to others in the group. This work is aimed to bridge your inner passion into words and action in guiding others. We will practice 1-on-1, in smaller groups and the big group all together to hone your skills and get necessary feedback. Sign up You can sign up by emailing contact@touchandawareness.com. About the teachers: Themer has a background as an executive in a commercial business environment leading multiple groups and currently leads small teams as a freelance consultant. He is also a Touch & Awareness bodyworker since 2018 and has been closely involved in the its training groups since then. Themer is a certified life and systemic team coach. He works mostly around cultivating personal awareness, authenticity and integrity and aims to transmit this to help others do the same.
