In this session, which includes some theory, you will receive different types of touch to guide you into deep relaxation and allow your internal energy to increase and expand throughout your whole body. Should specific themes or trauma’s arise, we take the time to work with them allowing your spontaneous expressions to be met. You will also receive some tantric tools to take home with you.
