 Are you ready to reconnect with your body, your desires, and your aliveness? This unique training weaves together intimate bodywork, movement, and self-inquiry to open new pathways of pleasure, presence, and power. You’ll learn to relax more deeply, expand into new qualities of being, and transform old limitations into energy for life. In a safe and supportive space, we’ll explore connection, sensuality, playfulness, and power, so you can embody more of who you truly are. 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: •⁠ Four modules of 3 days. •⁠ ⁠Five private sessions (90 minutes each) •⁠ Four online reflection calls for reflection and meditation: From 18:30 - 20:00 29th April 24th June 23rd Sept 18th November •⁠ ⁠Homework & Buddy support to deepen the journey 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽: 10-14 participants. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀: Schirin Zorriassateiny & team MODULE 1 | Opening & Connection | 10-12th April Explore floor work, boundaries, express preferences with clarity. Inquiry: What do I like? MODULE 2 | Sensual Awareness | 12- 14th June Awaken senses, release blockages, learn to use pleasure as a tool for healing and expansion. Inquiry: What do I do with my lust and desires? MODULE 3 | Raw Power | 4- 6th September Play fight, passion, wildness, and authentic strength. Inquiry: What does it mean to be powerful? MODULE 4 | Integration | 30th Oct - 1st November Blend the tools, guide others, embody your full self. Inquiry: How do I embody all that I am? Safety & Agreements Your well-being and boundaries are central to this work. •⁠ ⁠No touch on naked sexual organs or pelvic area. •⁠ ⁠No exchange of bodily fluids. Completion At the end of the program, you’ll receive a diploma as a recognition of your journey (not a formal certification).
