It is time to celebrate ourselves and each other! With whatever you feel or experience: let's breath, move, play, touch and express We will meditate, share what is present in the moment, be reminded about tools to regulate your nervous system and integrate experiences. Exchange sessions. We will do exercises to expand your ability to receive and be celebrated!
