Module: Regulate your nervous system

Service Description
In this module we use all the tools in Touch & Awareness Bodywork and focus extra on the regulation of the nervous system. Understanding of how we get exhausted by not being able to fully wind down and let go of our doing, whether it is in the mind or that we actually run around. You will practice Grounding tools, finding the sweet spot between trigger and resource and blend it like alchemy. This is where sustainable changes can happen. In the sharing circle you are gently guided deeper within. We will move, embody freeze, flight and fight and shake it loose. When we are allowed to feel our primal instincts we can get a more empathic feeling towards our own triggers and look at it with curiosity. You will practice to give and receive touch every day, bridge your verbal sharing with staying present with bodily sensations. What are the tensions protecting? Where is it potential for more aliveness?
